I depend on Ellas Oil to keep us warm all winter and they've been great for over 10 years. Jesse and Frank give us personal service. They know my boiler and if there's a problem with it, they don't give up even when the solution is often elusive.

Not happy ! didn't get my delivery yet and if those pipes freeze :(

I have been with them for years, and they have helped me through the hard times, and yes the young lady that answers the phone is rude, and always has to ask her boss, never has an answer. But they now have an answering service and they are trying their best! But today it's freezing and it's past my automatic delivery day, I am out of oil and my bills are paid on time, I don't want to hear that the ticket is punch for delivery, delivery when! When my pipes freeze over! Time to move on we are to confortable!

HORROBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was in search of a new oil provider, and came accross Elias Oil during my search. My current oil provider didn't deliver my oil therfore we ran out of oil and was left without hot water. Thank God we are still in summer and do not need heat. The woman who answers the phone in the evening, is a rude and unhelpful person. She didn't know anything about what I was asking her and wouldn't help me. My request was to have her company bring me oil and make me a new customer. She kept saying she doesn't know, and to call the boss to see if they want to bring me oil in the morning or not. I asked her to call the boss to guarantee me their service and end my search for a new company. She refused to help, and after exchanging some words hung up on me. I am so frustrated, I am a new home owner, it seems as if these companies hold all the cards and you have to settle for what ever type of service they want to provide you with; terrible oe good.

Great service no matter what time of day or night. Ask for Frank, the boss. He is pleasant and willing to please. Very unusual to find an oil company which actually cares about their customers. Can't say enough good things about this family owned business. They make feel like one of the family! Thanks Frank.
