Customer service is great. We go there a lot and there is always someone knowledgable to help. Super friendly. Everyone seems happy to work there.

Went in to get paint. While loading it in my car saw that there was paint on my new pants. Went inside to speak to the manager who informed me they did not have a policy for that. Really i just spent over $200.00 and you don't have a policy for taking ownership of your store. and than the person getting our paint lied saying the paint was from a previous spill. Really the previous paint was the exact same color as my paint. I DON'T THINK SO.

Rude employees, especially Nellie. Inconsistant service; one employee can find information that three others swear does not exist. Even the managers are incompetant. I won't be back.
