Do not rent any vehicle from this place! You think you are getting a deal and then right before my trip they not only messed up on the dates but blamed the other person who answers the phone. They werent rude but didnt care that I had a trip promised to children to go to a show. They have no idea what they are doing. I tried them because I like to support small businesses and it was in Brooklyn and the other van rental I use is in Long Island City and Manhattan... Ramessar Van rental is a joke. What was worse is I booked over a month early to make sure I received the rental because it was that important. Dont do it, they do not know what they are doing! They say they are going to call back and do not, its ridiculously unprofessional. Not worth the aggrevation!
