These ppl are not animals their not caged in they can come & go as they please also their is a log book as far as the place being dirty the residents cant keep nothing clean!!!!Recreation is everyday except tuesday idk where u ppl get ur facts from but u need to get them straight!!!!

I completely agree... I volunteer at several assisted livings and adult homes... I recently visited sachem adult home. Immediately I noticed there was no log or sign in and out book when u come in. How do we know who is going in and out of that building?! I saw no nursing care on staff, only one care aid who isn't much help. Everything was dirty.. I wouldn't let my kids eat off anything there. Recreational activities???? Yea... That's a laugh. And the street it's on is very busy..... As someone who not only has seen many other facilities but a member of the holbrook community, somethig needs to b done!!!!

I would not send any of my family members there. They let the people living in the homes walk the street all hours of the day. It is a busy street and people speed around there all the time. It is only until something happens that they will change. I never see anyone that works at this home monitoring this. I live in the neighborhood and see them walking in the cold, rain and late at night.
