We perform major restorations to minor repairs. From simple key repairs to rebuilding the entire instrument. We perform beautiful refinishes to dull, scratched and dented cases. Call us and we can come out to look at your instrument and tell you exactly what it will need. We are honest and fair in our pricing and if you find a lower price for the exact same work we will absolutely try to beat it.

Outstanding!

You can't get any better than CT Piano Restoration!!

We had a piano moved from Newtown to Norwalk in what had to have been record time. We called up late Thursday afternoon - ironed out the specifics the following Monday (our fault, we didn't have all of the info we needed at the time - if we had I'm sure the piano would've been here the second we hung up the phone on Thursday!) and the piano was in our living room on Tuesday. Not a scratch, not a ding - every measure was taken to ensure the utmost care.

I won't disclose the price we paid to have this done, but I will say that we were expecting a much higher fee. Not the case. Absolutely blown away.

Finally, if you want good guys with endearing personalities - you get 'em at CT Piano Restoration. Seriously. Just honest-to-goodness good guys. Nice, friendly, courteous, and all of the qualities that are unfortunately lacking in every aspect of customer service nowadays. CT Piano Restoration gets nothing but the highest recommendation from this very satisfied customer. Looking forward to using their tuning and repair services in the future as well.

As I reread what I've written I'd like to assure you that, no, I do not work for them. I'm just extraordinarily grateful that service like this still exists in today's fast-paced, big box store, world.
