I came home at 12:30 for lunch from work to find a large amount of water on the floor coming from my water heater. Since this was my first home and first experience with something like this I called my father and he suggested and highly recommended Father and Sons Affordable Sewer Service. He has been a customer with them for many years and has a great relationship with Tony the owner of the company. So I immediately called and spoke directly with Tony who calmed me down then instructed me to shut the valve to my water heater so the water didnt continue to leak. He promised to have a service technician to me within the hour. Thirty minutes later Tony himself was in my basement to find out what the exact issue was. His service technicians arrived around 2pm with a new water heater. While his service men were installing the water heater I explained to Tony that my bathtub was draining very slowly and has been for awhile. Tony himself snaked my drain and resolved that issue. By 4:30 the water heater was installed, the old one removed , bathtub was now draining normally and my basement was cleaned. My experience with this company was absolutely amazing and i highly recommend them to everyone I know. Tony and both of his men were very professional,courteous and friendly.They were extremely focused and determined to resolve all my issues. I just want to say thank you so much fellas.
