John of the Geek Squad was very helpful. He made my most unpleasant telephone experience with an Apple representative very helpful at Best Buys. John was very familiar with MAC. I am happy to say that if anyone need assistance with their computers, please see John at Best Buys in Trumbull Hawley Lane, he knows his stuff. Mind you I bought my computer from Apple Store, but yet they couldn't help me on technical support, but John did of Best Buys. Not even Radio Shack. Thank You JOHN......
This store is definitely not one of my favorites in the chain. While the staff are always nice, the layout of the store and stock is subpar. I can't tell you how many times I went there for a sale item and it wasn't in stock!!!
Personally I believe this is a really good store espicially if you're into music and movies like myself. It just seems they have everything there no matter how old which I think is good. The store also has the latest products in games,music and movies. It also has friendly employees.The store could work on having more checking out services but other than that this is a good store.
