I go there all the time and have never had any problem. The staff are great, always remembering who I am. Also, I like that they are open until 4pm on Saturdays (they used to close at 2pm as it says above). Honestly 5 stars is probably too high but I wanted to offset the other 1 star review which might have been based on one bad experience.

Bunch of screw ups the worst if you need your stuff for a special occasion you can be sure they won't get it to you in time or answer your calls either save yourself the nightmare of dealing with these screwups
