They didn't pick up the phone for me I had to call a different cab company

A very rude woman answered the phone. She couldn't understand what I was saying and said I said something I didn't and then hung the phone up on me. I called back for a manager and she said she was calling the police. Seriously? There are WAY too many other cab companies put here for this. AVOID them.

This is the worst taxi company ever. There customer service is just horrid. I called for a taxi and the guy sounded like he literally just woke from sleeping and had an attitude. I asked him to please make sure the driver had change for $50, he said okay. Once I got to where I needed. I pull out the $50 and the driver started yelling at me why I didn't tell him.

This is the worst company ever!!! The driver will leave you stranded in the snow at 4 AM and does not care about their passengers!! I was a female passenger and I was devastated.. Thank you to Westlande taxi for coming to my rescue.. The driver decides to give his own price. There unprofessional And very disrespectful.. I repeat do not get in this company car.. The driver of that incident is number #30 or #31.. I can come in and identify him... There's so many other text Companies that you can call. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!

I take Jacob Taxi occasionally from East Orange to West Orange. A few months ago, I used to pay $11 for my trip. Around 4 weeks ago when it started getting cold, the driver charged me $15. I just took the taxi again and this thief charged me $20 even after telling him what I used to pay.



I called the dispatcher and he told me the correct price should be $12. When I told him that I need the name of the driver so I can report him to the owner, he refused. All he told me that I have $8 credit. I told him I don't need his credit I need my money back and he should send the driver to turn back and give me my money back. He said the phones are too busy to do that. Additionally, he refused to provide his name and also the name of the driver.

gave a price over the phone and price increased by 250% when dropped off. Called dispatcher and he agreed with the driver. They are a scam.
