I have had an issue with rodents & I complain to management but nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Also rain water has ruined some of my mothers furniture, but they moved us to a different unit & that is when the rodent issues began. The lady who works in the office has a disrespectful disposition. The only good thing about this place is it is inexpensive, it is the only storage I can afford in this area.

The manager at the Houston mini storage #4 was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend Houston mini storage to anyone that needed storage.
