My garage door spring broke this morning and I had no idea how to fix it. I started calling places and came across this great company. I told Mike the situation and he was able to let me know how he was going to fix it and when he can do the work. He came the next day and got to work. It didn't take too long. Mike was very professional and friendly. We had a good talk! I will definitely be using this company again if I come across issues.

I call at 8 am and a nice lady told me that thy can be at my house in one hour. i was stuck inside my garage with my car and I had to leave to work Johnny was very professional and pleased to talk to he gave me few options and good prices and fixed my garage door in 45 minutes Thanks

Yuval was very kind to come right away even though he initially mentioned he was tied up for the rest of the day. He saw the pictures and saw our cars were trapped inside the garage. I contacted Zion Garage because my garage door not opening and closing properly. I spoke to Mike on the phone and he gave me suggestions to try before coming out. I appreciated that he attempted to resolve the problem over the phone, which of course would be at no charge.We were unable to resolve the problem, so I scheduled a time for Mike to come out and look at the garage. He was on time and replaced the sensors at what I believe was a reasonable cost.The garage was working when he left. The next day it was not opening and closing correctly. I called Mike and we scheduled an appt. He came out, put new brackets on the sensors and the problem was resolved at no additional charge. Mike was very thorough and provided information regarding the workings of the garage. I would recommend and use Zion Garage Door again.

I called around, but decided to go with ASAP mainly due to their positive Yelp reviews and their ability to give me a price quote over the phone. Joe arrived within a couple hours and the service was excellent. He replaced both springs and included some much needed maintenance on my opener. I will definitely call these guys again for any future garage door needs.

My garage door would not close all the way on a Sunday. Called Genesis and Zack came out within an hour. He figured out that my sensors had gotten wet from recent rains and were not working properly. Zack replaced the sensors and charged a fair price. He was friendly, knowledgeable and speedy. Glad to have found this company!

I was referred to HT Garage Door through a friend. He got his garage door replaced a few years ago and he was happy with the result.I called Hai and got a quick response and a fair quote. The garage door was beautiful and the opener was a lot quieter than the old one. Hai took his time to install the new door and got it to close tightly.Overall, I was so happy with the result and got him a nice tip for his hard work and attention to details. Price price was excellent too so he still saves me money after the tip. His services deserves 5 stars!

Wow, I read the reviews this morning on Yelp, all positive, and most mentioned Ryan. I called, immediately was given an appt with the next 3 hours........and guess who shows up? Ryan!! right on time, ready to get to work. We went over the door together,he told me straight up how much it would cost, plus parts. He didn't try and replace anything, straightened up the tracks, adjusted, at my request, he replaced all of the rollers (highly recommended). It's like a new door, quiet and smooth. Cost was LESS than I expected, thanks Ryan

I felt the excellent reviews were good enough for me to call Genesis for a small problem with our garage door rail- which we dented as we backed into it with our car. The person who arranged the appointment was very courteous and I received a confirmation call from the technician within the hour. A very friendly Benjamin came within the estimated time window and gave me a fair estimate. He also called my attention to our inherited, outdated garage motor and unwound cables situation. Without pressuring me, he offered a really fair estimate as well as a discount if we decided to move forward with updating the motor. We booked it and he returned the very next day- still friendly and efficient. Today, within the week of the new installation, our garage door wouldn't close. For security concerns I called Genesis immediately and despite it being a Sunday and a Father's Day, I was promised an appointment for the next day. Benjamin called me back to check in and was able to guide me resetting the garage motor through the phone. I am so glad I went with Genesis and actually feel comfortable knowing I can rely on them anytime!

We've called on Ben's expertise several times in the last few months and he has been amazing. Several months ago we had a full garage door motor replacement. Ben and his team were not only prompt, courteous and quick, they were affordable as well. Most recently, when we had an unfortunate garage accident, Ben was out at our home within two hours to help repair the damage and get us back on track (literally). We'll definitely call on Ben and his team anytime we have a need.
