Great work & service.
Whenever I need anything altered, I take it to Sue Kim. Over the years she has altered both of my kids prom gowns (5), dresses, pants etc.
I was in the store when there was a conflict with a customer. Both sides were unfair. Conflict management is one of the downsides of a business. Neither side won that day. Ms Kim did the best she could do by returning the customer's money. If the customer was still not satisfied, she could have gone to small claims court and proved that Ms Kim had ruined her gown.

Great folks. Always have to have my pants hemmed. They do a great job and manage to keep seems on blue jeans. I never go anywhere else
I had my wedding dress altered there, and it was seamless. I went and brought to her a high end Chloe silk dress where my chest was tight after childbirth. I thought that I would have to give the dress away, and she altered it to perfection. I have also had my medical lab coats altered as well, and she is phenomenal. TO THE LADY ABOVE: How dare you trash someone like that? It sounds like you're a little high end princess that cannot get pleased no matter what. Go see a psychiatrist lady!

I recently had an very bad experience with this company. They took my order 2 weeks in advance before my event, I received the dress back two days before the event, which was not a problem. But, when they returned the dress and I retried it on in the shop I noticed they did not handle my very expensive dress with much care. This was due to the noticeable snag marks from the beading to the fabric. I was very upset! All that was told to me was it wasn't their fault it was the fabric. After a very overwhelming discussion they only gave me $20 back from the $45 I originally was suppose to pay for my altercations. On top of that my dress was still wrinkled! My first and last time using this company.

Excellent. Has done many bridesmaid's dresses and pants for me and each time it is perfect. They are also very friendly.

Sue Kim is very talented. She always has my clothing finished on time and her work is outstanding..perfection!! highly recommend Sue Kim.
