I asked them to quote replacement windows (15 to 20 windows) about five years ago. I was taken aback, insulted actually, by the result. Their quote for vinyl was almost as much as Pella's quote for fiberglass. When the salesman called to ask my decision, I said his quote was very high; he acted surprised and had the nerve to ask who I'd chosen instead. I said it wasn't any of his business; undoubtedly, he would have tried to denigrate my choice. My advice - always get three or more quotes.

The service men on both the phone and in person was courteous-based on my description of my problem they gave me an estimate. When the tech came out to assess my problem, it was as description on the phone, the cost did not change. After hurricane Irene and another storm, NO LEAKY Roof. I would recommend them.

Had these guys in my parents home, in my first home, and plan on having them replace all of my windows in my new home. (and doors eventually!)----excellent workmanship and warranty, and I like the fact that I know that I can get an actual person on the phone when I call that knows what my job has in details......
